- After we confirm availability and your reservation, we require a 50% deposit to hold your lodging.
- Guests who cancel greater then 20 days before the scheduled date will receive a full refund less a 20% (20% of deposit) fee for processing.
- Guests who cancel less then 20 days before their stay will not receive a refund for lodging. If you have paid in advance for your tours, they will be refunded.
THINGS TO NOTE
- It is a 5-8 minute walk on a hilly gravel road from the cabins to the main lodge.
- We are a 10 minute drive to the nearest restaurant.
- It is a $5 taxi ride into the town of Monterrey.
- It is a 30 minute drive to Fortuna from Leaves and Lizards.
- A taxi to Fortuna from Leaves and Lizards is about $25 one way.
- Rates subject to change until paid in full.
- We highly recommend guests rent a 4x4 vehicle to better enjoy their stay.
